CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 10 DAYS NOTICE
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations require 10 days notice to receive a complete refund (less a $5.00 administration fee)
Cancellations received with less than 10 days notice will be charged 10% per day
(example: 9 days notice = 90% return, 8 days notice = 80% return, etc.)
There will be no refund when no notice is given to the West Coast Trail Express Office.
**Note: PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE DIRECTLY FOR RESERVATIONS!! Fares from Nanaimo - we require a minimum of 4 passengers with reservations to maintain the price as shown in the chart of fares.
3 passengers - add $10.00 each; 2 passengers - add $20.00 each, 1 passenger - add $75.00
How to use this chart:
Find your place of departure and your destination on the chart. The square where they intersect is the cost of a one way fare.
Example: Victoria to Port Renfrew is $60.00
All taxes are included in the fare.
1 to 9 passengers with return reservations- There is a 20% discount on the return portion of your trip ( if reservations for the return trip are made up to the time you board the bus on your departure date.)
example: You have made a reservation from Victoria to Port Renfrew ( $60.00 ), and the return trip from China Beach to Victoria ( $55.00 - 20% = $44.00 ) The saving per passenger is $11.00.
10 or more passengers with return reservations- There is a 40% discount on the return portion of your trip ( if reservations for the return trip are made up to the time you board the bus on your departure date.)
example: You have made a reservation from Victoria to China Beach ( $55.00 ), and the return trip from Port Renfrew to Victoria ( $60.00 - 40% = $36.00) The saving per passenger is $24.00.
10 or more passengers with one way reservations - There is a 20% discount.
example: You have made a reservation from Victoria to Port Renfrew. ($60.00 - 20% = $48.00) The saving per passenger is $12.00.
